4. Third-party services
To deliver your message to our team, we use SendGrid (a Twilio company) as our email delivery provider. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are transferred to SendGrid's servers for the purpose of sending us a notification email.

We also use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our form against spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. We do not store your contact form submissions in a database. Enquiry emails are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. If you request deletion earlier, we will action it promptly upon request.
